Gazebo Rental Information

(including Allyn Waterfront Park)

It is 204 feet around with a dance floor in the middle, Center ceiling height 17 feet and edge height is 8 ft 6 inches and 11 aggregate 5 ft round tables with 4 benches at each table.

We have 100 white folding wedding chairs ($1.50 each) and 9 6 ft x 30 in wide X 29 in tall rectangular tables ($15 each) for rent on site.

Included in the fee is the keys to the restroom facility (4 restrooms), power for the gazebo and keys to the dumpster so you do not have to haul garbage off site.

There are no restrictions on the number of guests.

There are no restrictions on catering services or entertainment you choose. You may bring barbecues however they are not allowing inside the gazebo.

We do not have staff to set up or break down after the event, it is the customers responsibility to remove all decorations and garbage.

Customers will need to come into the office Monday, Wednesday or Friday prior to the event to check out keys for the facility. The keys can be returned to the office in person or put them in the pay box located by the boat launch next to the dock.

We have panels available for rent that enclose the gazebo to block wind and rain if the weather looks bad. ($180 for all the panels and $50 set up fee). We need to know a few days prior to your event if you would like them set up.

The grounds are mowed regularly and gazebo pressure washed as necessary however we recommend you bring a broom and other cleaning things in case you need to clean as wind can blow leaves into the gazebo.

The downstairs of the building has a large space for rent that makes a nice area for the bridal party to get dressed and there is a sink, large counter and refrigerator to store food. $250/day plus $100 refundable deposit for that facility.

We do allow liquor WITH a state issued banquet permit that can be obtained from lcb.wa.gov We will need a copy of your permit prior to your event.

Gazebo Rental *

  • $750.00 per Half Day (half day rate is for 5 flexible hours)

Seasonal rate adjustments:

  • Winter rates: November 1st thru March 31st Full day $700.00 Half day $400.00
  • Flex Spring/Fall rates: April & October Full day $900.00 Half day $600.00
  • Peak Season: May 1st thru September 31st Full day $1350.00 Half day $750.00
  • Special Purpose: 20% off listed season rates
  • Reunions (local to mason county only), in-district funerals, and celebration of life events, and education-based events.

Meeting Room Rental

  • 36 x 36 room perfect for catering as well as changing room.
  • $50.00 per hour/private party or fundraising capability
  • $200.00 per day/private party or fundraising capability
  • Other governmental or special purpose district meetings no charge
  • Community Organization no fundraising capability $25.00 per meeting

Table Rental

  • $15.00 per table
  • $135.00 for all
