On July 14, 2025, the Port of Allyn Commission adopted a revised Water System Policy, including updated Developer Extension Agreements and related documents. These updates define a clear, standardized process for applying for water service within the Port of Allyn’s service area.
Water connections are now available on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval of a completed Developer Extension Application and Agreement. Please note that new connections through the Allyn Carey Water System are temporarily unavailable until the consolidation process has been approved by the Washington State DOH and construction is complete.
